2026 Adult Fall 1 hour Cardio

Cardio Tennis is a high-energy, fast-moving tennis class designed for intermediate to advanced players who are looking to get a workout while hitting lots of tennis balls.

This is not available for Beginner/Advanced beginner students as there is no instruction. 

Our Tennis Pros will evaluate all student playing levels and will place you in level compatible groups based on our class standards and not a self-rating.

 One-week cancellation policy, no refunds will be given if you cancel less than 1 week from the start date of your 6-week class. We are not responsible for make-ups if you miss a class. We are open 7 days a week, even on holidays.                                                             Fall Cardio:
