Welcome to the Central Park Tennis Center.

We are located in the middle of the iconic Central Park in the mid 90's. You can enter the park on 90th or 96th street and 5th avenue and start heading west into the park by walking around the reservoir.It's a 10-15 minute walk from 5th avenue. From the west side you can enter the park on 90th,93rd or 96th street and Central Park West and start heading east into the park. It's a 5 minute walk to the Tennis Center. Cars and Parking are not allowed in Central Park. Bike racks are available. We offer locker rooms, a snack bar and a pro shop with an onsite racquet string service. The nearest subways are: 1/3/6/B/C trains to 96th street.

The Central Park Tennis Center is now closed for the season for Tennis Lessons and Adult & Children's Programs on the hard courts and will reopen on Monday April 3,2017 * weather permitting. The 26 Public clay courts are now closed for the season and will reopen in early April 2017 * weather permitting. For information on the 26 Public Clay courts please call the Hotline for Updates at 212-280-0206. Our new and improved web site with all of our 2017 information including signups for all of our Adult & Children's Group classes will be available soon. Please check back for updates.
